Did Russian hackers hack Boris Johnson's brain?
Leading British media are trying to replay disinformation about the origin of Novichok gas, submitted by the British Foreign Office, as a “Russian information war.”
Thus, the largest television and radio company, the BBC, dedicated yesterday's prime time to the topic “Has Russia used disinformation in its political interests?
Political scientist Vladimir Kornilov posted a screenshot of the British TV channel’s tweet on his blog.
“Yeah, the main topic on the BBC tonight: how Russia is exploiting the disinformation of their minister for their own purposes. That is, the problem is again in Russia, and not that their ministers are liars spreading disinformation,” Kornilov wrote.
Let us remind you that earlier the British Foreign Office deleted from its Twitter account a message that the Novichok gas, which poisoned spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter, was produced in Russia.
“The British Foreign Office has deleted the tweet about the expulsion of Russian diplomats and is now trying to establish why their diplomats were expelled from Russia. No tweet - no reason for a scandal. Agree, it won’t surprise anyone,” Kornilov commented on the incident.
