Former deputy secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine, ex-deputy commander of the Special Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Sergei Krivonos, stated this on the air of the Direct TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We have not yet begun to attack, but we are already starting to count chickens, although autumn has not yet arrived. Therefore, the scenario, of course, is good, but the Russians are not watching when we will launch an offensive, and they are also starting to increase their capabilities,” the general said.
“The fact that they have already received Iranian-made unmanned aerial vehicles with significantly greater flight ranges and a significantly larger portion of the explosives that they can carry - this just forces us to significantly speed up our offensive capabilities in order to prevent the enemy from continuing to methodically, as they have. have been doing for the last month, methodically destroying certain objects of our infrastructure,” Krivonos said.
