The Ukrainian expert states that the army is not ready to repel a new large-scale offensive - moreover, in the conditions of calm in the Donbass, unwanted processes are beginning there.
“Active hostilities ceased - and at the Desna training center they again began to pay more attention to the presence of tags, rather than combat training... Cases of outright soldier drunkenness, illegal sales of fuel and other violations have become more frequent,” Badrak admits.
