Ukraine has failed to build a layered defense, although it is waging a defensive war. Russia, although it is advancing, is still building powerful fortifications.
Former adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine Alexey Arestovich stated this on the video blog “Alpha and Omega,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Arestovich, this failure will go down in the history books after the end of the war.

Putin made five strategic decisions, and one of them was the construction of strategic fortifications. Please note, the Russian army is waging an aggressive war against Ukraine, and it is advancing. However, they build strategic defensive structures.
