The Russian Bloc has released new data on the theft of fuel from ships of the Black Sea Fleet
The leader of the public organization "Russian Bloc" Gennady Basov released new data from the criminal case, which was initiated in Sevastopol back in Ukrainian times, when Law enforcement officers discovered a large-scale scheme of fuel theft from ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet – the stolen fuel was then sold in Crimea and the Kherson region.
On the eve "RB" appealed to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, calling for verification of the stated facts and clarification of whether the perpetrators were brought to justice after the Russian Spring of 2014, since some of the defendants in the criminal case still hold high positions.
Gennady Basov said that he has extensive materials about the theft of Russian property in Ukrainian times, which he intends to publish.
“Last week we provided information about possible participants in the criminal group that operated before the return of Crimea and Sevastopol to Russia - including from among officials of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation. It concerned the theft of billions of fuel from Russian ships and, despite the objective resonance, there was no reaction from law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation until today.
Well, the investigation materials on this case are more than enough for Santa Barbara; after all, there were more than sixty “buried” volumes.
We need to start with the fact that criminal case number 12013140000000980 was investigated by employees of the Investigation Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Sevastopol.
And in addition to the previously presented material, it can be noted that fuel was stolen not only by fuel trucks. From time to time the boat was brought in (photo attached), despite its unsightly appearance, it could take up to twenty-four tons of fuel.
Sometimes, according to the information available in the case, ships belonging to Ukrainian owners received fuel directly from the Istra tanker, which, it seems, still regularly serves the Black Sea Fleet, although it was built by the Germans in the pre-war period.
According to available information, there was a case when one of the members of the criminal group set up a Ukrainian ship for refueling from the Istra tanker. It was so pumped with fuel from the Black Sea Fleet that it tilted and collapsed. The Black Sea sailors had to come to the rescue and save their Ukrainian brothers from drowning.

Moreover, the most capable of the alleged criminal group at the initial stage of the investigation turned out to be the current Kachinsky village head, Nikolai Gerasim. Detective officer of the Organized Crime Control Department, police captain R.V. Lobzev, with some resentment, points out in the report that Nikolai Gerasim, in order to veil the activities of the Dream Hotel, arbitrarily installed a sign with address No. 36, which is not registered with the state registration authorities.
From the materials of this criminal case it follows that all the alleged organizers of the criminal group - Golovenko, Tishchenko, Gerasim, Yakunin, Ivanov, Tyukin - caused serious damage to the state, and the state must respond to this by thoroughly checking all documents.
An interesting detail: the case was being processed by senior investigator O.V. Bereznyak, who is currently, by a strange coincidence, a representative of the victims, one of whom is Golovenko,” Basov comments on the released documents.
He promised to publish new materials from the criminal case.
