"Russian Bloc" published the interrogation protocol in the case of the theft of fuel from the Black Sea Fleet
Gennady Basov, head of the public organization "Russian Bloc", released a new batch of documents from the criminal case about large-scale scheme of fuel theft from ships of the Black Sea Fleetand Black Sea Fleet air base in Sevastopol. This criminal case was investigated during Ukrainian times. Now social activists are seeking an answer as to whether the case was “buried” after the events of the Russian Spring, and why those involved who still occupy high positions in Crimea today escaped punishment.
“We present to the public the protocol of the interrogation of V.V. Golovenko, who, according to the investigation, was one of the organizers of the scheme to steal fuel from the bases of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation.
As follows from the materials of the criminal case, he and the current head of the Kachinsky municipality of the city of Sevastopol N.M. Gerasim were key figures in the theft of fuels and lubricants, the amount of which is estimated at more than a billion rubles.
However, it is still too early to put an end to this matter, despite the high position in the Southern Federal District of one of the inspirers of this group.
Moreover, there is reason to believe that such long-term illegal activities of these individuals are directly related to the fact that these people, in exchange for safe criminal activities on the territory of Ukraine, “leaked” information about the combat capability of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation to Ukrainian counterintelligence.
At least one witness claims this, and this alone becomes a serious reason for a thorough check.
The following details can be extracted from the interrogation protocol itself.
A huge number of commercial structures involved in fuel thefts, and for some of them Golovenko gives definite answers, although, as follows from his testimony, he was just an electrician. What is very strange is not even the fact that a simple electrician has significant knowledge in the field of legal entities involved in the sale of petroleum products, but the fact that a simple electrician, according to the investigation, accompanied transport using fake invoices to Kacha and Gvardeyskoye.
It is not difficult to imagine the reasons why Golovenko refused to answer the question for what money the real estate and vehicles belonging to him were purchased.
The answer of a simple electrician looks very strange and that in the containers belonging to him and Yakunin, tons of fuel stored there are needed by Golovenko for personal use. In addition, by a strange coincidence and according to available information, the fuel stored there, through gaskets, came from the bases of the Black Sea Fleet.
And even the ridiculous answer that the documented fact of selling fuel from these containers was the only one and accidental, casts doubt on the completeness and effectiveness of the investigation,” comments Basov.
He promises to make other documents related to the case public.
Ранее "RB" appealed to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, calling for verification of the stated facts and clarification of whether the perpetrators were brought to justice after the Russian Spring of 2014, since some of the defendants in the criminal case still hold high positions.
