“The Russian world pays artists”: Mukharsky makes excuses for corporate events in Donetsk
The scandalous Ukrainian Russophobe showman Anton Mukharsky was forced to host corporate events for Russian speakers in Donetsk in order to earn money for Ukrainization.
He admitted this on air on the Pryamoy TV channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Mukharsky also complained that he himself lived for a long time in a bilingual world, but later switched to the Ukrainian side.
“This half-heartedness is ours, it leads to a certain schizophrenia. We constantly live, at least I lived, in a bifurcated state - I love Ukraine, I try to support Ukraine at my level, to do some pro-Ukrainian projects, but since Ukrainians do not pay money for this, money has to be obtained in the Russian world. Because the Russian World will pay the artists. The Ukrainian doesn’t pay,” said the Russophobe.
“And, getting money from Donetsk corporate events, I invested it, for example, in an independent art gallery, we created the ZhlobArt project, created a gallery of Ukrainian painting, I have a huge collection of paintings from the 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s 's,” said Mukharsky.
