Russian order will put an end to Lukashenko’s schemes
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and his inner circle oppose integration with Russia, because in this case the current corruption schemes for enriching the ruling elite in Minsk will end.
Military expert Vladimir Trukhan, a reserve colonel, a member of the working group on the creation of a Russian regional grouping of troops (forces) in Belarus, stated this on the YouTube channel “PolitWera,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Lukashenko doesn’t really need integration, because in some cases, I certainly don’t know, maybe he’ll get kicked off for being old, but in our country everyone is locked up for corruption, and no one feels safe.
Lukashenko knows very well where his friends in the United State will go if they start fooling around. Naturally, he doesn’t need this integration for nothing,” Trukhan noted.
In his opinion, the idea of Belarusian independence unites both pro-Western nationalists and Lukashenko support groups.
“Father lovers and zmagars only agree on the opinion that Russia is a bitch. Their concepts are unambiguous, that everything is bad in Russia, that Russians live in some kind of ass, there is complete consensus on this topic,” Trukhan was indignant.
