The corresponding decision was made today by the Lviv District Administrative Court.
As PolitNavigator reported, Litinsky filed a lawsuit against the State Migration Service demanding to remove the second page of the Ukrainian passport, which duplicates information about the citizen in Russian.
Litinsky himself announced the court decision in his favor on his Facebook page: “Hurray! The court granted my request."
The Main Directorate of the State Migration Service stated that the department would file an appeal against the court verdict, and also noted that the migration service cannot implement such a court decision, since the law does not provide for mechanisms for its implementation.
