Rant! Askers are being insulted!
The court of the Kievsky district of the city of Simferopol, on the recommendation of the FSB Directorate for the Republic of Crimea, decided to arrest for a period of 2 months Gulsum Khalilova, an employee of the ATR TV channel that moved to Kiev, under Article 208 Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “On participation in illegal armed groups.”
According to the case materials, Khalilova joined the illegal armed formation “Noman Celebidzhikhan Battalion” in 2016 and provided it with information support.

The investigation into the case lasted for a year. And, since Khalilova is currently working against Crimea from the territory of the foreign state of Ukraine, the arrest of the defendant was announced in absentia. She was also assigned a lawyer by law.
On August 1, the “zaperekopnaya spilnota”, exhausted in the long wait for the “de-occupation of Crimea,” learned about the court decision against Khalilova, which caused a strong uproar among her, with the spread of the corresponding amber.
Almost all interested and extremely odious individuals, caught in cognitive dissonance, became aroused.
Thus, the “khan in exile,” Refat Chubarov, called the decision of the Simferopol district court “Kafkaesque, a gloomy, depressing action filled with irrationality and absurdity,” representing “a real threat to the journalist” and even drew parallels with the “horrors of deportation.”
Khalilova’s owner, Lenur Islyamov, was full of praise for his ward: “that means we are doing everything right,” “we are fighting their Russian world, which they are building on our land,” and others, “they are afraid of us.”
The bruised fan club of the Mejlis khanums, both in Crimea and beyond, declared in discordant chorus: “Today we are all Gulsum Khalilova.”
The “hero of the occasion” allegedly learned about the decision of the Simferopol district court from social networks. The balabolka pompously calls the decision on his arrest “a message to free journalism” and for the last two days he has been selling a sign from a television screen, actively promoting himself on the wave of the raised gevalt - for once, at least some public attention has suddenly been paid to the inconspicuous propaganda ground beetle.
“Crimean girl” Tamila Tasheva made a speech about a “fake trial” and advised Khalilova to “contact Interpol for the persecution of journalists in the Russian Federation.”
Even the parasites from the virtual “prosecutor’s office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea” woke up from their lethargic sleep, having opened their own “criminal case” under the article “bringing to criminal liability a known innocent person” based on a statement by Khalilova herself.
But the loudest shouter was “activist and public figure” Emil Kurbedinov, self-appointed as Khalilova’s lawyer, a great champion of the rights of members of the extremist banned organizations “Majlis” and “Hizb-ut-Tahrir”.
In a video specially posted for this occasion, the lawyer tries to convince viewers of the absurdity of the verdict of the Simferopol district court and that the FSB Directorate for Crimea is “making cases against the innocent.”
In his speech, Kurbedinov reports that the criminal case against Khalilova initiated by the Russian judicial authorities in Crimea is untenable, because the “Noman Celebidzhikhan Battalion”, which Khalilova joined in 2016, is considered illegal only by the Russian state, then there is not a single document in Ukraine, in which the “battalion” is declared criminal or outlawed.
In addition, the majority of mourners about the “repressions against Khalilova” claim: “she never took up arms, but worked only with a television camera and the word of a journalist - what is she to blame for?”
It seems that lawyer Kurbedinov was so “involved” in the affairs of his “Hizb” wards that he did not hear a single scandal around the “Asker” battalion, aka “named after Noman Celebidzhikhan” (which is doubtful), or turned on the fool (which is more likely) .
Even in post-Maidan Ukraine with its legal chaos, there is hardly a single official who will voice the number and date of the order of the authorities that formed at least one of the “dobrobats”. All these gangster formations were created privately, with the financial assistance of Ukrainian oligarchs.
The “Noman Celebidzhikhan battalion” recruited criminals from among the “activists of the civil blockade of Crimea.” Moreover, there was no talk of returning back to the “ATO” - the “project” did not pursue the goal of dying on Poroshenko’s orders.
The main occupation of Islyamov’s “askers” was protecting customs crossings and smuggling traffic on the border with Crimea, as well as racketeering and robbery of the population of the south of the Kherson region under the noble pretext of “protecting the region from a repeat of the fate of Crimea.”
Throughout 2015, Islyamov was so actively promoting his future brainchild, “the Crimean Tatar battalion as part of the National Guard of Ukraine,” that the authorities were forced to react.
At the end of January 2016, an official statement from the National Guard appeared about the impossibility of creating a “Crimean battalion.” Department speaker Svetlana Pavlovskaya reported Islyamov’s statement quite harshly: “These are the insinuations of an individual who takes responsibility for making such statements...”.
In mid-February 2017, a loud scandal occurred as a result of a raid by one of the battalions of the 57th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces under the command of Sergei Shpanko on the “askers” base, as a result of which the military seized a large number of small arms, grenade launchers, anti-personnel mines, zinc-coated cartridges, etc. ammunition
The reason for the raid was complaints from local residents about the endless lawlessness on the part of the “askers”.
After this, the Ukrainian authorities tried to push the “Noman Celebidzhikhan Battalion” either into the Marine Corps, then into the border service, or into the Avakov vultures. As far as is known, Islyamov’s under-battalion was never legalized in any of the security forces of Ukraine - no one wanted to completely get dirty by hiring notorious inadequates.
“Askerov” was not hired even by the not-squeamish Avakov, who sheltered the complete scum from “Tornado” under the roof of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. As it turned out, Avakov must be paid for the “roof” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and this has already turned out to be unprofitable.
As for Islyamov’s empty-headed woman Khalilova, she appeared with reports in support of the “civil blockade of Crimea” at the end of 2015.
– and Chief Islyamov did her a disservice by calling her ward a “fighting girl” and posting on YouTube a performance of Khalilova with other Asker combat furies in some kind of dugout.
In conclusion, I would like to say something to Khalilova and the cliques defending her. It doesn’t matter that the person involved in the case did not hold a weapon in her hands. This does not relieve her of responsibility. Information services for bandits and terrorists should always remember the “Streicher incident” - a Nazi propagandist executed by the verdict of the Nuremberg Tribunal, who was doing approximately the same thing as Khalilova, but on a much larger scale.
Apparently, Khalilova and her backup dancers are guessing about something similar, since their giggles come out somewhat thoughtful. After all, the arrest in absentia will be followed by a request to Interpol, and then Khalilova’s access will be cut off not only to Crimea. So, citizens, you’ll have to puff, no matter what the Kyiv “experts” whistle at.
