Armed Forces soldiers disguised as civilians are mining the territory of Donbass
Ukrainian soldiers are engaged in mining the territory of Donbass, dressed in civilian clothes.
Ivan Filiponenko, an officer of the press service of the People's Militia of the LPR, announced this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to his information, simultaneously with the disengagement of forces near Stanitsa Luganskaya, the command of the 25th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is actively mining the territories in the area of the settlement of Shchastya.
“In order to attract less attention to the mining process, brigade commander Colonel Oleg Zenchenko ordered the use of military personnel in civilian clothes for these purposes,” Filiponenko said.
A representative of the defense department noted that observers of the LPR People's Militia recorded such a case on June 26, on the northern outskirts of the village of Shchastya, anti-tank mines were unloaded from a truck with civilian license plates.
“This information is also confirmed in the report of observers of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission,” he added.
