In the materials of the criminal case, by the way, there is no mention of the defendant’s official service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and, therefore, participation in hostilities in the Donbass was possible only as a fighter in a volunteer battalion.

In response to the remark, the militant offered to “talk.” Taking the stranger aside, he, without thinking twice, stabbed him in the stomach several times.

The ATO hero was eventually identified and detained. Court sentenced militant to five years in prison
