This opinion was expressed in an interview with Kraina magazine by former Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister and head of the secretariat of President Viktor Yushchenko, founder and head of the public organization Center UA, Oleg Rybachuk, according to whom “Russia is a powder keg.”

“Something can happen very unexpectedly. We need to prepare for this. Think about what to do when 5-7 million refugees come to Ukraine - from Kursk, Voronezh, Kuban. This is a specific contingent - Soviet people. The more successful we are, the sooner Russia will collapse. The Kremlin will not hold back Donbass, and will not be able to resolve anything with Crimea.”
