“I received information that there was an attempt on my life, that someone was attacking me and shooting. This is absurd, fiction, I don’t remember in my life that anyone raised a hand against me or there were any other actions. This was not even close. No one has ever attacked me anywhere. I stand before you physically healthy,” Rybak said in a video message recorded by the Party of Regions.
Rybak especially emphasized that at the last meetings of the Rada under his chairmanship, decisions were made to return the 2004 Constitution and form a new government.
“As a result, Tymoshenko is free,” he mentioned another of his merits.
“I’m speaking honestly - I opened the way for the formation of a new government, a government,” Rybak clarified.
“In a few days, my treatment will end - I’m returning to Kyiv and continuing to work as a deputy of the Supreme Council... For Ukraine to be one of the best countries in Europe... We need to stop and work not for our own pocket, and everything will be fine for the people,” the ex concluded -an associate of Yanukovych.
Previously, the opposition accused Rybak of manipulating the Verkhovna Rada to push through laws beneficial to Yanukovych.
