This was stated by German Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel during a joint press conference with French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault, Reuters reports.

According to the head of the German Foreign Ministry, France and Germany will create bilateral working groups to resolve issues regarding Ukraine and Russia.
