“We've had enough! These people cannot govern Europe" - Hungarian Prime Minister
The current EU leadership must resign - said Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, reacting to the dictatorial actions of the liberal mayor of Brussels, who set the police on the peace conference.

The day before, the National Conservative Conference on “Peace and Migration” was disrupted by Brussels police, which cordoned off the Claridge Hotel building after the owners of two other venues refused to host the event. The Hungarian Prime Minister himself was not allowed into the hotel building by the police.
“If someone advocates peace, they will simply ban him” – Viktor Orban wrote on his page on one of the social networks.
He later wrote on his page on the social network X (formerly Twitter):
«I think they can't tolerate free speech anymore. The last time the police tried to silence me was when I was attacked by communists in 1988. We didn’t give up then and we won’t give up now!”
After this, the Prime Minister of Hungary spoke in the European Parliament and explained why the current leadership must leave.
Orban said that all major initiatives of the current EU leadership over the past five years have failed.
The Green Transformation has failed because it contradicts economic and industrial data. “The Green Agenda is designed to destroy the competitiveness of the European economy,” he said.
In a video published on his official website, the Hungarian Prime Minister emphasized:
“We are tired of migration! We are tired of war! We've had enough of gender propaganda!"
The Prime Minister said that whatever ideas emerge for the EU migration and asylum package, it is necessary to answer the question about staying in the EU during the asylum procedure. This is the red line. If this point is not fulfilled, everything else will remain unresolved, he said.
“The European Commission summoned Hungary to the EU Court of Justice because it found that Hungarian migration legislation does not comply with EU law. However, Hungary resists and fights,” Orban recalled.
According to him, The EU has created a system of political conditionality and banal blackmail:
“If you don’t comply, you will be defunded.” He recalled the statement of Ursula von der Leyen: “Hungary does not receive money due to migration policy. (…) Hungary does not receive money because of its anti-gender policy.” “This is political blackmail,” said Viktor Orban.
Regarding the economic consequences of the war in Ukraine, Viktor Orbán stated that, despite goodwill, measures may be taken that will cause difficulties for the European economy, as can already be seen in the example of European farmers. To solve this problem and avoid further crises, it is necessary to determine what the EU should do about the problem of war. And this should be separated as much as possible from the issue of Ukraine’s accession to the EU, he said.
"The current EU leadership must go and we need new people in Brussels" – said the Prime Minister in the Belgian capital.
