This was stated by First Deputy Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Alexander Gorovoy, TASS reports.
“The Ministry of Internal Affairs is initiating the implementation of fingerprinting for all foreign citizens who come to the territory of the Russian Federation from the beginning of next year... Today we must carry out this work calmly,” Gorovoy said.
