About it Minister of Justice Pavel Petrenko said on his Facebook page.
“October 1... the deadline allocated for representatives of the district state administration and Central Scientific Administration to connect to the registers expires. Starting tomorrow (October 1, - ed.), officials have no right to demand certificates and extracts from the applicant,” Petrenko wrote.
According to him, officials can obtain all information directly from the State Register of Rights to Real Estate and the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs.
However, he added that most representatives of local authorities did not take advantage of this opportunity.
According to the minister, as of September 29, just over a third of administrative service centers and only every tenth regional state administration were connected to the property registry. “Even fewer have connected to the business register - 84 district state administrations, or 17% of the total, and not the Central Autonomous Administration,” said Pavel Petrenko.
According to him, from October 1, the government will strictly raise the issue of personal responsibility of local officials, “who did not ensure the connection and elimination of bureaucracy and corruption.”
