The Crimean prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit demanding that the agreement concluded in 2011 between the state-owned Ukrainian enterprise Artek International Children's Center and the limited liability company Zhavoronok be declared invalid.

This agreement provided that the LLC would use the premises of the Kiparisny children's camp for placement and storage of equipment. However, there is currently a supermarket operating on the rented premises.

“It has been revealed that the transaction, which is essentially a lease agreement, does not comply with the legal requirements, despite the fact that the transfer of the property of the International Children's Center and its misuse are not permitted. Taking into account this and other violations, the prosecutor’s office of the republic filed a claim in court to invalidate the contract for the provision of services,” reports the press service of the prosecutor’s office.
