“From the Odessa port plant, when it was standing, 56 specialists quit in a month. This is the best enterprise not only in the former USSR, but throughout Eastern Europe. The best specialists left - electricians, welders. Who is luring them away? Poland, Algeria. 78 people quit Severodonetsk Azot (PJSC Severodonetsk Association AZOT) in a month. They work in Russia, in Poland,” he said.
According to Golubov, often the departure of personnel is an irreparable loss, since it will take years to train specialists. “Training an ammonia operator took 7 years,” the expert recalled.
