Entire cities are already fleeing Ukraine

According to him, over the past three years, half of those who can at least read have left Ukraine.
“How many people left in these few years after this, whatever they call it, coup, some call it a revolution of dignity. During this time, a huge number of professionals left... Under the Soviet Union, there were 52 million in our country. Today we don't have 28 million. People are leaving the country. In my environment, in the city of Melitopol, where I live, almost half of the people who can read, they all leave,” Balitsky said.
