The material claims that the Soviet government popularized Ukrainian ideologists who, in fact, were opposed to Russia.

“The policy of appeasing and pacifying Ukrainian nationalism through Ukrainization and cultural compromise helped Ukrainian nationalism and gave nothing to the Russian political nation,” the publication summarizes.
