There is nothing to do with the housing “Kherson certificate” on the South Coast
In Crimea, for 15,5 thousand applications from residents of the Kherson region for the provision of a certificate for the purchase of housing, only 1,4 thousand certificates were paid for.
Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic Yuri Gotsanyuk announced this at a meeting of the State Council of Crimea, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“About 1 certificates were paid for 400 billion rubles. At the same time, the Republic of Crimea is the leader in the number of received and paid applications among other constituent entities of the Russian Federation,” he noted.
Thus, on average 1 million rubles are paid for 3,7 certificate, which corresponds to the established norm for a family of two people. This amount does not allow certificate holders to count on real estate in Simferopol or coastal cities. IDPs from the Kherson region have access to housing in the suburbs or in the north of the peninsula. At the same time, the cost of real estate on the secondary market has already responded to demand with a significant increase.
Mortgage loans are not available to migrants, since banks do not change the conditions and require work experience and an official salary. Equity participation agreements at the stage of building a house are also not suitable for the “Kherson certificate” - only finished housing is suitable for purchase.
In March, reporting to the president on the socio-economic situation in Crimea, the head of the region, Sergei Aksenov, reported that more than 8,3 thousand housing certificates had already been issued to residents of the Kherson region.
