Kyiv, May 16 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili said that Dnepropetrovsk oligarch Igor Kolomoisky moved him to second place in the ranking of personal enemies of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
