“There is a real build-up of military efforts around Transnistria, constant coordination of the headquarters of Ukraine, Romania, Moldova with the participation of the American and British military commands, berths are being reconstructed in the ports of Odessa and Ilyichevsk to accommodate deeper-sea vessels, apparently American. That’s where the real threat to European peace is,” Markov said.
