“In connection with the elections in the 205th district in Chernigov, I was struck that there was not a single international or objective national observation mission on the ground. People pleaded for free and fair elections. But it is not enough to be present only on election day.
Today, gross violations are already occurring and it cannot be ruled out that they happen on both sides. I appeal to the offices of the democratic institutions of the OSCE and Ukrainian impartial NGOs, go to Chernigov immediately so that these very important elections do not turn into a farce,” the politician wrote.
