He intends to end his tour in Kyiv on October 17 to demand that the authorities fulfill the “will of the people.”
Today, the formal reason for a small rally on Bankova was Saakashvili’s demand that Poroshenko give him documents on the basis of which he could file a lawsuit to restore Ukrainian citizenship.
