“A very cynical gift from Putin for Poroshenko’s birthday - explosions in Vinnitsa. By this he tells the Americans: they should not give weapons to Ukraine, they will not be able to secure it. The only question is why we allow him to make such “gifts,” Saakashvili writes on his Facebook page.
