Thus, on the Inter channel you can often see a 30-second commercial “Team Saakashvili”, reports the Odessa website “Dumskaya”.
According to the calculations of experts interviewed by the publication, one issue per day of such advertising costs approximately 70 thousand hryvnia, and a day of rotation (15 releases) costs about a million.
At the same time, the Dumskaya investigation reports that representatives of Saakashvili’s team did not explain the situation.
In turn, the head of the Odessa region himself said that the campaign of his protégé Sasha Borovik was low-budget, because the lion’s share of the work was done by volunteers.
It is worth noting that hackers from the Khinkali group reported that they had hacked the email and Facebook of a key player in Saakashvili’s team. To confirm their words, they published copies of passports and screenshots of correspondence from closed groups (the publication does not show them for ethical reasons - Ed.). The hackers also showed financial documents, including invoices, payment orders and letters of guarantee.
Thus, it is alleged that the most expensive part of Sasha Borovik’s election campaign for mayor of Odessa is television advertising, the placement of which was ordered and coordinated by the owner of the hacked box.

From the published documents, it can be concluded that the placement of political advertising “Team Saakashvili” on central television channels at the end of October was paid for from the funds of the charitable foundation “For the Benefit of Odessa” through the advertising agency “Media Strategist Agency,” the publication’s investigation says.
It is worth recalling that Sasha Borovik’s election videos and advertisements for “Team Saakashvili” were shown on the TV channels “Inter”, STB and “Ukraine”.
The editors of Dumskaya, referring to the media plans released by hackers, claim that the placement of the videos was approved by Nishnianidze. Also, a draft agreement between a charitable foundation and the advertising agency Media Strategist Agency and an invoice for three million hryvnia for three days of television advertising “Team Saakashvili” on central television channels, from October 29 to 31, fell into the hands of hackers.
This, as the publication notes, corresponds to the conclusions of experts who estimated Saakashvili’s PR at a million hryvnia daily.
