Saakashvili was included in the TOP five “geopolitical fugitives” in a recent publication by the American magazine Time, which indicates that he remains a player. Pavel Rudyakov, director of the Perspektiva information and analytical center, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“This confirms that Saakashvili still has potential. For all his clown component in all his actions and introductions, Saakashvili remains a player. New protests, even if they start modestly, retain the potential for hype. I think they can still provide informational reasons before the summer. But I don’t see any serious prospects for him as a leader of protest activity,” Rudyakov said.
