Saakashvili challenged his expulsion from Ukraine in the Kyiv District Administrative Court

“The District Administrative Court of Kyiv received a claim from Saakashvili. The defendants are the State Migration Service, the Administration of the State Border Service and the Ministry of Internal Affairs,” it says.
Saakashvili asks that the actions of the structural units of the Migration Service, the State Border Service and the Ministry of Internal Affairs on February 12 in implementing the decision to return the politician to the country of his previous stay (Poland) be declared illegal.
The plaintiff also asks the court to oblige the Migration Service to cancel this decision.
At the moment, the issue of opening administrative proceedings is being considered.
