The Internet is discussing a recording made during Petro Poroshenko’s recent visit to Odessa, which recorded a rather strange facial expression of the newly appointed governor Mikheil Saakashvili during the president’s speech.
“This is banal coke,” famous lawyer Tatyana Montyan comments on Facebook.
“We need to ask narcologists what the symptoms are. There are a lot of drugs now, especially in the USA,” reflects political scientist Semyon Uralov.
