Saakashvili boasted to the Germans about how he “dealt” Russian journalists and Putin
Russian journalists tried to present Mikheil Saakashvili, who was returning to Ukraine, with a symbolic gift in the form of a red tie, but the scandalous politician suggested sending it to the Russian president, remembering the Western fake news about Novichok.
The former president of Georgia and ex-governor of the Odessa region spoke about this in an interview with the Deutsche Welle TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“On the Polish border, Russian television companies picked on me. And my answer was this: “Guys, no matter how much you mock the idea of Ukraine, it has just chosen an absolute outsider, a person who is very different from all politicians. When they choose a comedian like Mikhail Galustyan, then I will congratulate you, and with great pleasure I will communicate with you, because then you will become free.”
They tried to give me a red tie, this is such an old joke, because there are no new ones. They actually have a crisis there. I said that you can anoint your tie with Novichok and send it to Vladimir Vladimirovich,” the offended Saakashvili boasted of his “original” joke.
Thank you!
