Saakashvili congratulated the Armenians on their “success” and predicted a “great future” for them
Former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili highly appreciated the success of the Armenian Maidan, which achieved the resignation of Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Saakashvili stated this in a special video message to the Armenian nation, posted on his page on the social network.
“I want to appeal to my brothers and sisters in Armenia. I want to congratulate you. Today you have every reason to be proud of yourself, to be proud that you are Armenians. A proud people who were able to show the whole world that they have dignity. That he wants to live in normal, human conditions. Corruption-free conditions. In conditions when others do not indicate how to arrange their lives in conditions when a handful takes everything for themselves and leaves nothing for the people. Armenia – I was convinced of this today – has a great future. I support you. We will always be by your side,” Saakashvili said.
