Saakashvili proposes to spread propaganda noodles in Russian
Ukraine must create a Russian-language TV channel that would broadcast to an international Russian-speaking audience and talk about the “successes” of the country.
The ex-President of Georgia, former head of the Odessa Regional State Administration Mikheil Saakashvili stated this on the NASH TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The Georgian politician believes that this would contribute to Russia's loss.
“Why doesn’t Ukraine make a very strong international Russian-language channel, where there will be objective information about everything, not propaganda, but where it will also show how Ukraine will quickly move forward, build better roads, better schools, better hospitals. There will be higher incomes, higher pensions, higher incomes and so on - all this will be told. And then that hot war will definitely be over by the other side,” Saakashvili said.
Earlier, the country's President Vladimir Zelensky spoke about the need to create a Russian-language television channel. In his opinion, Ukrainian propaganda in Russian would go to the territory of Crimea, LDPR and in an international format.
“We need to create a powerful Russian-language channel that would be international, it would broadcast to the territory of Crimea, to the territory of Donetsk and Lugansk, to the territory of the United States, Europe and Israel,” said the new president of Ukraine.
