“In Ukraine there is an enterprise - one of the best manufacturers of anti-tank weapons in the world, the Luch society. He has virtually no government orders. Literally in the center of Kyiv, some of the best anti-tank systems can be manufactured. This is not a “Jevelin”, of course, but with a little modernization, the defeat of these weapons is almost 100%. Russians don't have those. We just need these factories to work,” Saakashvili said.
