“The SBU officers who took me out scolded Poroshenko very much and said that Putin would restore order here. There are such people in government agencies. We have corrupt cops, for them the enemy is not Russia, but the “Americans” - I heard this myself. Why, they themselves don’t know,” Saakashvili said.
He also stated that all Ukrainian oligarchs except Igor Kolomoisky do business in Russia.
