This was announced by the press secretary of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Oleg Slobodyan.

“I can confirm that this was the decision of the commander of the Mostinsky detachment, on the site of which Mikheil Saakashvilli illegally crossed the state border line in September. Actually, these are his powers and he makes such a decision regarding other violators of the state border. Indeed, he (Saakashvili – ed.) is banned from entering for 3 years,” Slobodyan said.

According to him, the ban on the ex-president of Georgia will last until February 2021.
