This was stated by the Governor of the Odessa region, Mikheil Saakashvili, reports the specialized publication “Center for Transport Strategies”.
“We work with today’s guys, the work there is very difficult. The Ministry of Finance again does not allocate money. But in parallel, we are working with the American Department of Aviation to build another airport. This will be an airport not within the city limits, but there will also be a large cargo terminal there,” Saakashvili said.
