Reuters claims to have a draft resolution for the upcoming EU summit on the association agreement between the EU and Ukraine, Deutsche Welle reports.

Referring to the agency's available draft resolution for the EU summit, which will take place in mid-December, Reuters claims that the document states that the association agreement does not provide for the provision of security guarantees or military support to Ukraine by the European Union as a whole and its individual members.
It is also indicated that Ukrainian citizens will not be granted the right to be accommodated or employed in the EU, while the issue of financial support for Ukraine remains unresolved, Reuters notes.
The document, which puts an end to even Ukraine’s hypothetical chances of becoming a member of the EU, will be adopted at the insistence of the Dutch authorities, who have put forward the appropriate conditions for the ratification of the agreement with Ukraine.
