Politically active citizens have been arguing for the third day about which country had the best New Year's greetings from the leader - Ukraine, China, Russia or Belarus.
However, it seems that the first place in the informal competition should go to the head of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. He forced his subordinates to listen to his DJ creations for an hour, dance to them, and during the dance the most responsible officials wrote down the words of their leader in a notebook.
