This was stated by Minister of Land and Property Relations Alexander Gordetsky at a meeting of the Council of Ministers of Crimea on Tuesday.
According to him, out of 118 objects nationalized in Crimea, 31 are the markets of Crimea Potrebsouz.
“The remaining 80 objects were transferred by the Council of Ministers to the property management directorate of the Republic of Crimea. Of these, 33 objects are gas stations that belonged to the Privat group of Igor Kolomoisky. All of them have been examined and prepared for transfer to the Ministry of Fuel and Energy and the Feodosia petroleum products base, since there are residual fuels there. As for the Foros sanatorium, the property is now being prepared for inclusion in the cadastral register. According to preliminary estimates, the cost of this object is about 40 million,” said Alexander Gordetsky.
He added that the finally nationalized property will be ready for sale in 1-2 months.
