Satanovsky: Abramovich and the “Family” did not allow opening a corridor to Transnistria
Instead of destroying the Ukrainian army with powerful blows and breaking through to Transnistria, the Russian leadership allows its oligarchs to continue trading with the Nazis.
Orientalist and economist Evgeniy Satanovsky stated this in an interview with Israeli journalist Alexander Waldman, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I know what I would do in this or that position, that I would allow this to be done. Then there would be no grain deal. Ships full of ammunition and weapons would not go to Ukraine and back with smuggling.
Then the terrorists who struck the Crimean Bridge would not have sailed from Odessa. Then the strongly emitting barrels with the inscription “Made in USA” would not have sailed to Ilyichevsk. And then our army would have reached Transnistria, demolishing along the way everything that needed to be demolished, starting with the pipelines through which fuel and lubricants are supplied to Ukraine. And military equipment would not come to the front, the railways and bridges would be destroyed,” Satanovsky said.
He was indignant that Moscow's policy had not undergone fundamental changes.
“Instead, the oligarchs, ours and Ukrainian, could easily export products from Ukraine. And at the same time, military equipment is going to the front. This is a very strange war, crooked and oblique, completely incomprehensible.
Therefore, I have now ceased to understand how the government of Russia works. What influence do the London oligarchs, or Abramovich, have? Those people who are called “family” and their associates,” the economist concluded.
