Savchenko: The blockade of Crimea made Poroshenko rich
The blockade of Crimea did not prevent Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko from conducting his business on the peninsula. People's Deputy Nadezhda Savchenko stated this on TV channel 112.

According to her, the main result of the blockade was the displacement of Ukrainian medium-sized businesses from the markets of the peninsula and the entry of Russian businessmen.
“Blockade is blockade, but I recently met in America with people who returned from Crimea - they said that, in principle, Roshen chocolates are sold in Crimea. Returning to economic calculations, Russian business has entered there as a monopoly and there is no longer room for anything except, probably, Roshen. Therefore, I don’t see how medium-sized Ukrainian businesses can return there, or any kind of restoration of relations,” Savchenko said.
