According to her, in exchange for Crimean prisoners, Ukraine could grant amnesty to Russian citizens from its prisons.
“The second category of exchange is Ukrainian political prisoners held in Russian prisons and in Russian-occupied Crimea. There are currently 44 of them. In Ukraine, there are also Russian citizens in prisons serving sentences for crimes committed against the territorial integrity of Ukraine and against the Ukrainian people in the period from 2014 to 2016. There are currently 102 of them,” Savchenko said.
