The politician emphasized that the key to peace could be the legislative consolidation of Ukraine's non-bloc status.

“The time is ripe. Time has reached the point in five years that we will either have a Third World War, or, after all, peace. To do this, you need to decide on foreign policy. If this is a non-bloc status, we will be more inclined towards peace and this is important to us now. If this is a campaign against the EU and NATO, we will not have Donbass. Is this important to us or not?.. This conflict is the match that either lights it up or not. Therefore, it must be assessed on a geopolitical scale,” Savchenko said.
