Savchenko advised Americans to study Ukraine better
The most important thing for Ukraine now is to understand itself and its internal problems.
Recently released People's Deputy Nadezhda Savchenko stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“For me, what is more important is what Ukraine thinks, and how we feel, what is happening here and what is happening to me. It is more important for me that understanding is found in Ukraine. I would say to representatives, especially the US, that if they want to work with Ukraine in the future, they need to make an effort to study us. We are different, we are new, we are not what they were used to working with before,” she emphasized.
When asked by the presenter whether Russia and Ukraine will ever be able to improve relations, the people's deputy answered positively.
"Yes. Nothing is impossible, people do everything. This will not happen as soon as we might imagine. With the proper formation of competent, wise people, statesmen, all this will come to normalization. Of course, there will still be a trial in the tribunal in The Hague, and it will have to be sorted out, I think that even Russia will agree to this. It will be smart, wise, it will be historical. And this will not happen as soon as we think, if there is no Third World War,” says Savchenko.
