Savchenko went on hunger strike again
Hero of Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada deputy Nadezhda Savchenko, who is accused of preparing mass terrorist attacks in the center of Kyiv, has again gone on a hunger strike. She stated this during a court hearing in her case, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Savchenko said that this is not the first time she has gone on hunger strike, recalling her performance during the trial in the Russian Federation.
“I am going on a hunger strike from today and showing all non-believers once again that I am under cameras, just like in Russian prisons. And only the enemy has evidence that I starved for 83 days and 6 days of dry hunger strike. Now the Ukrainian authorities will have such evidence,” the deputy said.
