Savchenko completely upset Svidomo by declaring that she does not consider Zakharchenko and Plotnitsky “terrorists”
Deputy Nadezhda Savchenko said that she does not consider the leaders of the DPR and LPR to be terrorists, as Ukrainian propaganda portrays them.

“For me, Zakharchenko and Plotnitsky are not terrorists. We need to open the military regulations, the rules of warfare, and read what terrorism is. No, they are not terrorists. There is a clearly defined set of concepts of what constitutes terrorism. There are some separatists and some collaborators there. There is a part of the occupied population,” Savchenko said.
According to the deputy, the Ukrainian authorities must decide whether the “ATO” or the war continues in eastern Ukraine. Then it will be easier to determine who the leaders of the DPR and LPR are.
“Are they murderers? Murder is a criminal concept when a person kills a defenseless person. They kill people. This is war, there is mutual fire. And here the concept is not clear,” she added.
Nadezhda Savchenko also believes that the DPR and LPR militias are fighting against the power of the current head of state Petro Poroshenko, comparing this with the Euromaidan, which stood against the Yanukovych regime.
“Every puppet, remember such a beautiful fairy tale about Pinocchio, can sooner or later escape from the power of its puppeteer,” the people’s deputy added.
