Ukrsibbank (part of the BNP Paribas group) allowed clients in, but only to repay loans. “Your deposits are already in Nikolaev, you can take them there,” they told the depositors gathered at the doors. Ukrgasbank's branches were not working, and on ATMs there was a notice that an attempt to use it would result in the confiscation of cards issued by this bank. Imexbank has completely removed its ATMs from its branches.
